Having my cake and eating it too!

This morning I'm working on a drawing and painting fruit (I can't give too much away for reasons stated in previous post).

I'm really enjoying the traditional methods of creating art as opposed to digital. In this case I'm using Caran D'Ache Fancolour Goache. I'm loving the unexpected surprises and 'happy accidents' that creating digitally seldom offers. Having said that we are living in a digital age and I do love combining the best of both worlds by using the computer hardware and software as a tool to assemble my traditionally created artwork. This method saves a lot of valuable time whilst, most importantly, enabling me to retain (and further develop) my creative and technical skills.
